****Important****You must purchase your own books.  You must have your children signed up for Study Hall if they will be without parental supervision in between classes.  Please read GRACE Policies before sending in your registration.
 
Current GRACE families will have until April 23 to turn in their registrations before non-GRACE families.  After April 23, registrations will be received on a first come, first served basis.

Why do you want your student to be a part of GRACE Home School Association? Please explain what your expectations are for the teacher, student, and parent. If you have a child with special physical or academic needs, please let teachers know so that they can adjust accordingly. Please send a separate note to this form in reference to any special instructions you feel are necessary for your child.

Please Note: If a student has been expelled from a previous school, the student and parents must meet with the GRACE Board to determine the possibility of enrollment.

We have read all the rules as stated under the GRACE POLICY section of this website and agree that we and our children will abide by them. We understand that failure to comply with the rules by us or our children could result in immediate expulsion for the remainder of the year from GRACE Home School Association without any refund. GRACE reserves the right to deny any registration. We understand that GRACE is committed to a Reformed understanding of the Scriptures. We understand that if we drop any classes before the first class meeting, we will get a full refund, less the registration fee. We understand that if we drop any class on or after the day of the first class meeting but before the end of the day of the third class meeting, half of the full year's tuition cost for each course will be refunded. We understand that if we drop any classes after the third class meeting, we will not receive a refund and we will be required to pay any remaining balance. We understand that GRACE has fixed financial obligations requiring them to have a no refund policy.

Please be sure that you don't overload your student and find that you need to drop a class later. We will not be able to give you a refund since GRACE has fixed financial obligations requiring us to have a no refund policy.
