Registration for September 15, 2017 to May 11, 2018


****IMPORTANT****You must purchase your own books.  When not in class, all students, WITHOUT EXCEPTION, must be in the Supervised Family Room, Study Hall (at no charge) or accompanied by their parent in the Family Room, Library, or Nursery. Please register for the Family Room or Study Hall on this form.  Please read GRACE Policies before sending in your registration.
ENROLLMENT
Current GRACE families will have until April 1 to register before non-GRACE families. After April 1, registrations will be received on a first-come, first-served basis. (You may submit your registration before this date, and it will be kept in the order in which it was received.) There is a $30 registration fee per family for registrations submitted by May 31. After May 31, the registration fee per family will be $50 unless you are new to GRACE, in which case the fee remains at $30. This fee is non-refundable and is not included in the tuition. It is used to help cover administrative costs.

To facilitate timely planning for the upcoming year, we have set a registration deadline of July 15. If you wait until after this date, your class may have been dropped for low enrollment. Registrations and class changes after this date will be accepted if classes are still available.

There will be a $15 processing fee per class if parents drop a class after July 15th.  Classes may be added or exchanged with no penalty. This policy is in place so that the administration and teachers are able to properly prepare for the first day of class.  
If you registered for a class that is full you will receive an email to ask if you would like a different class or if you would prefer to be placed on the waiting list.

If a student has been expelled from a school previously, the student and parent must meet with the GRACE Board to determine the possibility of enrollment with GRACE.

If you have a child with special physical or academic needs, please let the teacher know so that they can adjust accordingly. When registering your child, please be sure to include all necessary medical information, including medications and allergies.

New Families:

Step 1:  Click on the link below to submit your 1st student's information. Once submitted, you will be redirected to the class registration page to select classes for this student.

More than 1 student?  Follow Step 2.

Step 2:  Click on the link below to submit your next child's information. Once submitted, you will be redirected to the class registration page to select classes for this student. Repeat step 2 for each additional student.

Current Families:

Step 1:  Login to your Parent Portal and go to Online Forms/Re-enrollment Form. On this page you will find the instructions for re-enrolling all of your currently enrolled children that will be returning for the new school year.
For each child returning, select Start Form in the right-hand corner of your screen. The form will populate with that child's information. Please update, correct, and submit. Once submitted, you will be redirected to the class registration page to select classes for this student. 

Another child that is not currently enrolled? Follow Step 2.

Step 2: Click on the link below to submit your next child's information. Once submitted, you will be redirected to the class registration page to select classes for this student. Repeat step 2 for each additional student.

Completed Registrations:

Once your registration(s) is/are processed by staff, you will receive a confirmation email and other information. This may take 1 - 2 weeks.
