Registration for September 12, 2019 to May 8, 2020


NOTES BEFORE REGISTERING
  1. Books: You must purchase your own books for your student(s) and have ready for the first day of class.
  2. Students Between Classes: When not in class, all students, without exception, must be in the Supervised Family Room, Study Hall, or accompanied by their parent in the Family Room, Library, or Nursery. You may register for the Supervised Family Room/Study Hall when selecting your classes (no charge for these options).
  3. Please read the GRACE Policies, including the Dress Code, before you proceed with the registration process.
  4. If a student has been expelled from a school previously, the student and parent must meet with the GRACE Board to determine the possibility of enrollment with GRACE.
  5. When registering your child, please be sure to include all necessary medical information, including medications, and any known allergies. Please note if you have a child with a special need, and also, speak to their teacher(s) about their needs.
  6. Wait List: During registration, you will have the option to select "wait list" if a class is full. Once the class has an opening, a staff member will contact you to verify your desire to still enroll in the class.
REGISTRATION DATES AND FEES
Open Registration begins for current GRACE families only, on March 22 and runs through April 5. After April 5, registration is open to all families and will be received on a first-come, first-served basis. (New families may submit their registration before April 5, and it will be kept in the order in which it was submitted.)

Registration Fees (non-refundable)  $30 per family due with the submission of registration form by electronic check, credit, or debit card.

Class Drop Processing Fee
$15 per class dropped after July 15
No charge for a dropped class after July 15 if it is exchanged for another class
REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:
2018-19 Families:
  1. You will find re-enrollment instructions on the Parent Portal until July 31--Online Forms|Select Student|Re-enrollment Form. If you haven't enrolled by July 31, your account will be made inactive. To have your account reactivated for enrollment, contact Robyn (contact info below) or Tammy (tammy@gracehsaonline.org).
  2. New sibling student this year? Select the "Sibling Application" on the Parent Portal and follow the instructions.

All others follow the instructions below:
  1. You can register for classes by going to the link https://app.praxischool.com/site_login.php?s=1994, select the form "New Student Application" for your first student, and "Sibling Application" for each subsequent student. (If you are a former GRACE family after September 2017, you may contact Robyn or Tammy to have your Parent Portal reactivated.)
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your registration to be processed, after which you will receive a confirmation email.
