This class covers topics typically covered in a pre-calculus course and interweaves geometry, trigonometry, discrete mathematics, and mathematical analysis. This class also makes use of the graphing calculator to study the properties of functions. Students taking this course may find a graphing calculator useful, but it is not a requirement. This class meets for 1 1/2 hours.
