Microsoft Excel is heavily used for its spreadsheet, database and reporting capabilities.  This software has the functionality of multiple software programs.  MS Excel is probably the most productive software package in the Microsoft Office.  It allows for data storage and callbackorganization, reporting, formulaic processes, and it can even build programs to suit the needs of individuals, homes or businesses.  This class would greatly improve employment opportunities for the student.
