Description: Studying biology gives students an amazing opportunity to see the evidence of God’s creation as they learn scientific principles! This course provides detailed instruction on the methods and concepts of the study of life. Students will be introduced to the definition of life and explore each of the five biological kingdoms. Hands-on labs will include dissections and microscopy, with the goal of developing critical thinking skills and an understanding of the scientific methodology. There will also be related projects to complete throughout the year.
There is a $50 material/copy fee included in the cost of this class.
